ICTC = Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre

1. HIV Testing – A blood test is done to check whether a person is HIV positive or negative.

2. Counselling – Guidance is provided before and after the test:

Pre-test counselling: Before the test, you are informed about HIV, its causes, prevention, and the importance of testing.

Post-test counselling: After the result, you are guided on what steps to take next depending on the outcome.

3. Confidentiality – Your test results and personal information are kept strictly confidential.

4. Referral Services – If the test is positive, you are referred to an ART (Anti-Retroviral Therapy) Centre or other healthcare facilities.
